Limited Warranty Policy – PUMP PARTNER

1. Warranty Coverage

PUMP PARTNER comes with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover any damage or loss caused by factors beyond PUMP PARTNER’s control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or storms.
• Accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance or cleaning.
• Improper installation or use in hazardous environments, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
• Electrical surges, lightning strikes, or events outside product ratings.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as fading, scratches, or discoloration due to water, weather, or cleaning habits.
• Use inconsistent with user manual instructions.

3. Proof of Purchase Required

To claim warranty service, proof of purchase (such as the original sales receipt) must be provided.

4. Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.

• A description of the issue
• Proof of purchase
• Your contact information

You may be required to ship the product (prepaid) to a PUMP PARTNER service facility.

⚠️ Important: PUMP PARTNER is not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by water submersion.

⚠️ Note: Actual backup time may vary depending on sump pump power, runtime frequency, water inflow volume, and outage duration. Please assess usage scenarios reasonably.

6. Shipping Costs

If the product is approved for replacement under warranty, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Disclaimer

This written warranty is the only warranty provided by PUMP PARTNER. Repair, replacement, or adjustment under this warranty is the exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser.

• No responsibility for incidental, special, or indirect damages
• No coverage for labor or third-party repairs
• No reimbursement for costs not clearly listed

PUMP PARTNER’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUMP PARTNER disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental damages, so the above may not apply to you.
