The idea behind PUMP PARTNER came from a real homeowner experience in New Jersey. During heavy summer rain, a power outage created a simple but dangerous problem: the primary sump pump could not keep running without electricity.
A generator can be helpful, but only if someone is there to start it, connect it, and monitor the situation. For many homeowners, especially when traveling or away from home, that is not enough.
