The Latest in Backup Power for Primary Sump Pumps
The sump pump is one of the most critical devices in our home. However, it wasn’t until a severe storm hit, the power went out, and our basement flooded—causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage—that we realized the real risk: without power, even the most reliable pump is useless.
With extreme weather becoming more frequent and aging power grids increasingly unreliable, are you looking for a better solution to keep your sump pump running during power outages?
Look no further. Say goodbye to noisy, manually operated gas generators and expensive whole-house gas generators. Our solution is designed to keep your sump pump running smoothly in any weather, at any time—giving you peace of mind at home and worry-free travels!
Pump Partner is specifically designed to meet the high-power consumption and frequent start-up demands of basement sump pumps. It is the first product on the market to integrate a high-capacity lithium battery and a high-power inverter as an emergency backup power source for primary 120V sump pumps.

Robust Power Output
With 4800 starting watts and 2400 running watts, Supports sump pumps with up to 40A surge current, compatible with all sump pump brands in the U.S. market, including those up to 1.5HP.

Innovative Power Switch Logic for Uninterrupted Operation
Traditional energy storage power stations are designed to conserve battery power by automatically turning off AC output when the battery is fully charged or when no continuous load is detected. When power is needed again, users must manually restart the system.
However, sump pumps operate intermittently, activating at irregular intervals depending on groundwater levels. They may turn on every minute, every few hours, or even after long idle periods. Standard energy storage systems may shut down during these idle periods and fail to turn back on automatically, leaving the sump pump without power—potentially leading to basement flooding.
In contrast, PUMP PARTNER’s AC input and output operate in a “Never-off” mode. Once connected to the power grid, PUMP PARTNER ensures an uninterrupted power supply, regardless of charge status or pump idle time. Even after reaching full charge or remaining inactive for extended periods, PUMP PARTNER continues delivering power until the battery is fully depleted, providing reliable operation and preventing unexpected shutdowns.

High Capacity & Long Lifespan
Equipped with the latest 2048Wh high-capacity LiFePO₄ battery, Although the nominal capacity of the PUMP PARTNER might suggest it is only about twice that of the 12V75AH backup power system and the 1024WH backup power station, its actual performance in continuous standby or operation over 24 hours paints a significantly different picture. The PUMP PARTNER delivers an effective energy output that is 8.5 times greater than the 12V75AH system and 4.6 times more than the 1024WH system. This capability is crucial for sump pumps that may need to operate at any time during stormy weather and 24-hour power outages, ensuring continuous, reliable power when it’s needed most. Offering over 4,000 charge cycles. Designed to handle thousands of extreme power outages with ease. Maintenance-free for over 10 years, saving nearly $1,000 in battery replacement costs.

Advanced Battery Management System (BMS) for Maximum Reliability
Traditional energy storage power stations, when connected to both the power grid and a sump pump, default to using mains power. While in standby mode, the inverter inside the power station continues to consume a small amount of power over time.
Since most standard Battery Management Systems (BMS) are not designed to detect this minimal standby power loss, the battery gradually depletes over hours or days, even though the system falsely displays a 100% charge. When an outage occurs, users may be misled into believing the battery is fully charged, only to find that power levels drop suddenly from 100% or 90% to 0%—leaving the sump pump with little or no backup power.
PUMP PARTNER eliminates this risk by integrating high-precision chips that enhance battery status detection and monitoring. Unlike traditional systems, PUMP PARTNER’s advanced BMS continuously detects and compensates for standby power loss in real-time, ensuring that the battery maintains its true energy levels. This means that even after extended standby periods, PUMP PARTNER is always prepared to provide reliable backup power when needed.

How long can support the sump pump?

The runtime of Pump Partner for a sump pump depends on the pump’s power consumption and usage frequency. Most sump pumps only run a few minutes per hour during normal rain, meaning Pump Partner can last for days in typical outage scenarios. For severe storms with constant pumping, runtime will be shorter but still provides crucial backup time.
*Under the given experimental conditions: Pump Partner fully charged, Sump pump cycle: 10seconds ON every 3 minutes(storm level), Basement height: 10 feet. Most 1/3HP-1HP Sump pumps have an operating current between 5A and 11A.
