📘 PUMP PARTNER Customer Support Guide
Just like all intelligent machines, to ensure optimal performance from your PUMP PARTNER, proper installation is essential.
1. Initial Unboxing
PUMP PARTNER is shipped using UN-certified hazardous materials packaging. Please retain the original box and protective foam in case future shipment is needed.
- PUMP PARTNER Main Unit x1
- Wooden Legs x4
- Rubber Pads x4
- AC Charging Cable x1
- User Manual x1
If any items are missing, please pause setup and contact customer service.
2. Attaching Wooden Legs
- Carefully turn the unit sideways to expose bottom screw holes.
- Place a rubber pad at each screw hole for anti-slip and shock absorption.
- Align each leg and fasten with the screws provided (some units may come pre-assembled).
- Turn unit upright and ensure it stands stable with ventilation space around it.
3. Connecting Power
- Connect AC cable to the device's AC IN port and a wall outlet.
- The system will auto-start, detect grid frequency, and display setup indicators.
- Wait ~10 seconds for the power light to turn green. Display will show battery %, charge watts, and remaining charge time.
- Plug your sump pump into the AC OUTPUT port.
- It is highly recommended to fully charge to 100% before first use to calibrate the battery and extend lifespan.
- The fan may activate during charging or operation.
- LCD will auto-dim. Press the power button to reactivate the display for 5 minutes.
4. Testing Auto-Switchover
- Ensure your main pump is connected to the "AC Output" socket.
- Disconnect AC plug (or turn off outlet power) to simulate outage.
- Activate the pump float switch and confirm continued operation without delay.
5. Load Management
Normal operation during grid power is limited to 1500W through home sockets. During outages, the max output is 2400W. Connecting multiple pumps should be reserved for outage mode only.
